Something spilled on the sofa hours before guests arrive? An accident happened? A flood? For urgent cases we make every effort to come out the same day — and for emergencies like flooding we're available 24/7.
The fastest way to get an answer: send a photo on WhatsApp and get a quote and an availability answer within minutes.

We'd rather be honest up front than promise something we can't deliver. Here's how it actually works:
The one case where we move immediately, at any hour. The longer water sits, the worse the damage — don't wait.
Possible — subject to team availability that day and to distance. It's always worth calling to ask; sometimes it simply works out.
Our normal availability. Around holidays like Passover and Rosh Hashanah we're busy — book one to two weeks ahead.
The first few minutes are the most critical. What you do — or don't do — in that window directly affects whether the stain comes out completely.
Place absorbent paper or a dry cloth over the spill and press gently. Rubbing only drives the liquid deeper into the fibers and spreads the stain.
Sprinkle salt or baking soda over the area — they absorb the liquid and stop it spreading. Only then wipe with a damp cloth.
Blot up as much as you can immediately with a towel. Don't use supermarket products — they work by smearing, and only mask the odor instead of removing it.
Cut the power to the area if needed, and call us right away. The longer water sits, the higher the risk of mold and irreversible damage.
Bleach, magic sponges, industrial stain removers and coarse brushes cause irreversible damage. Usually the damage isn't visible right away — it shows up weeks later as darkening, tears or peeling. If you're unsure, it's better to simply blot and wait for us.
