Rug Cleaning — All Types, Starting From ₪50 Per Meter

Rug cleaning — whether it's office rugs or the rugs in your home, we're a cleaning and maintenance company that can provide you with professional sofa and rug cleaning, including odor-neutralizing treatment and stain-repellent coating.

Rug cleaning can be done at the customer's home or at our facility. Factory rug cleaning of course includes pickup and return in the cleaning price. Rugs that are better cleaned at our facility include wool rugs, handmade rugs, and shaggy rugs with long fibers. These types of rugs need an especially gentle cleaning process that includes soaking and professional drying. Factory cleaning for these rugs prevents damage to the rug and produces much better results.

Does every handmade rug have to be cleaned at the factory?

No — there are handmade rugs that can also be cleaned at the customer's home, such as Persian rugs, Afghan rugs, or shaggy rugs with shorter fibers, or rugs that don't need an especially deep clean.

Rug cleaning at the customer's home is done, similar to sofa cleaning, using the American method (injection and extraction) along with professional cleaning solutions.

First, we spray the rug with a special solution that dissolves tough dirt and let it sit for a few moments. After this short wait, if needed, we can scrub the rug with a special brush to separate the dirt from the rug fibers. Then we begin cleaning the rug with a machine that injects water under air pressure with a professional solution on one side, and extracts the water back into the machine on the other side. This is the most common method in the rug cleaning industry, thanks to the results it achieves, the speed at which the rug can be cleaned, and the short drying times afterward.

How long does rug cleaning take?

It depends a lot on the type of rug, its size, and its condition. For example, a rug of about six square meters in reasonable condition can be cleaned within about half an hour.

How long will the rug take to dry?

If the rug is cleaned with quality equipment that can extract the water from the rug effectively, it will dry within four to eight hours. If the rug is especially dirty, it needs an especially deep rug cleaning treatment, which can extend drying times to twelve to twenty-four hours.

Do you offer rug cleaning after flooding?

Absolutely — if it's a simple, thin, non-handmade rug, the cleaning can be done at the customer's home. If it's an especially expensive handmade rug, such as wool or silk, we'll first extract the rug so we can lift it into the vehicle, and from there we continue to our facility. At the facility, the rug goes through a thorough cleaning process that includes odor-neutralizing treatment and drying in a special room built for drying rugs. The rug will be returned to you within about five to seven business days.

How do you get a price quote?

For a price quote, contact us and give us a few more details, such as what type of rug it is, its condition, and its size. The best thing to do if you want a professional price quote is to send us a photo of the rug. Wall-to-wall rug cleaning is priced per meter — the larger the area, the lower the price per square meter.

Remember, beyond the visual appearance, a dirty rug is also unhealthy and can cause skin irritation and increased sensitivity for people who are sensitive to dust and unpleasant odors.
