The machine essentially injects hot water with a professional rug cleaning solution, while extracting all the water — along with all the dirt — back out of the rug from the other side.

At the end of the cleaning, we perform one more thorough extraction and apply an odor-neutralizing agent.

Handmade rugs, and rugs made of silk, wool, and similar materials, should not be cleaned with hot water, to prevent the colors from bleeding.
